2. Information we collect

When you join the waiting list, we collect only:

• your email address;
• your first name;
• your city;
• your registration type (user or service provider);
• the language of the form;
• your choice about promotional emails and, if you consented, the date, the version of the consent text shown and its language.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to manage your place on the waiting list, notify you when access to KAELENDRA opens, plan the launch by city and registration type, and, for providers, prepare the Founding Partner Program.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for other purposes without your consent, except where the law requires or permits it.

4. Promotional emails and consent

Joining the waiting list is not consent to receive promotional emails. We will send such emails only if you checked the box provided for that purpose, which is never pre-checked.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies or audience-measurement tools.

6. Storage and service providers

To limit abuse, we compute a one-way fingerprint (hash) of the IP address of each registration attempt. The IP address itself is not kept, and these fingerprints are deleted after 24 hours.

7. Transfers outside Québec

8. Access, correction and deletion

10. Security

Information is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS). The database is not publicly accessible: the form can only add a registration, never read, change or delete anyone else's. Only authorized people at BidVex Inc. can view registrations.

No system is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the authorities, as the law requires.

We may update this policy. The version and effective date appear at the top of the page. If we make a significant change, we will inform you before applying it to your information.
